Photo Shoot at Floyd Lamb State Park

I had a opportunity for a photo shoot at Floyd Lamb State Park with Ariana. It’s located about 20 miles from the Strip. This place has  a beautiful backdrop for photoshoots. Most of these shots were natural light with a Lastolite Tri Grip reflector. For the ones where the sun wasn’t in the right spot, I used a Lastolite EZY- Box with a Canon 580EX II.  I used a Pocket Wizard MiniTT1 and FlexTT5 on the speedlight. Camera was a Canon 5D with 70-200L F4 IS

Springs Preserve

Another gem to photograph in Las Vegas is the Springs Preserve. You will find many photographers capturing weddings and shooting engagement photos. I went their for the first time and brought along my new Canon 70-200 F4 IS lens. The have a garden along with trails and lots of flowers and interesting things to photograph. Here is just a couple photographs I took.

Photoshoot in Nelson, Nv

For those of you not from Vegas, we have this little town called Nelson, Nv. This place is a photographers dream with tons of old buildings and cars. The backdrops are endless. If you are in town or live here you should check it out. It’s just outside of Boulder City, Nv about 45min from the Las Vegas Strip. Here is a recent Photoshoot.
